FUNDING RADARruen

Legal

Revision of July 26, 2026

This document describes how the Funding Radar service handles data and the terms under which the information published on it may be used. The service is provided as is, without registration, user accounts or payment processing. Payment provisions will be added by the time a paid subscription opens.

Data processed

Market data

Funding rates, volumes, open interest and quotes are obtained from public exchange APIs. This information does not constitute personal data. The service stores a copy of it to serve pages quickly and to reduce load on the exchanges.

Anonymous statistics

The service records page views and individual interface actions: opening the calculator, starring a pair, following an exchange button. A record contains the event name, the page path and a service label. IP addresses, device identifiers and user profiles are not stored; matching a record to an individual is technically impossible.

Browser storage, cookies and analytics

Cookies

The service sets no cookies. The interface language follows the page address: the Russian version is served at the site root, the English one under /en.

Local storage

Display settings are kept in the browser: starred pairs, collapsed card panels and the selected home-page mode. These records stay on the device, are never sent to the server and contain no information about the user.

Deletion

Clearing site data in the browser removes these records entirely. No request to the service is needed — it has no access to them.

Third-party analytics

As of the stated revision, no third-party web analytics systems are connected to the site. Should any be connected, they will be listed in this section; if such systems use cookies, users will be given notice and the ability to opt out.

Data not collected

· Registration data: email address, phone number, name. Access to the service requires no account.

· Exchange API keys. The service neither holds nor requests access to user accounts or trading operations.

· Personal data for transfer to third parties. Anonymous statistics are neither sold nor shared.

· Advertising identifiers. No advertising or ad trackers are placed on the site.

Terms of use

Access

The service is open without registration or payment. Published information may be used for your own decisions and quoted with a reference to the source.

Programmatic access

The open /api/radar endpoint is intended for bots and widgets and its use is not restricted. Automated crawling of site pages at a volume that creates load, and republishing the service's data sets as one's own, are not permitted.

Age

The service is intended for persons aged 18 and over and is not addressed to minors.

Changes

The set of sections and the way the service works may change; some analytical blocks will later require a paid subscription. The revision in force is the one dated at the top of this page.

Partner links

Exchange buttons contain partner (referral) links. When an account is opened through such a link, the exchange pays the service a share of its commission. This does not worsen the terms for the user; several exchanges provide a fee discount through partner links. Partner relationships do not affect what is shown: pairs are ranked by funding rate and trading volume, and exchanges without a partner program are displayed alongside the rest.

No investment advice

The service is an instrument that displays and computes public market metrics. The information published does not constitute individual investment advice, an offer, a solicitation to trade, or a guarantee of returns. Trading perpetual contracts with leverage carries the risk of losing the entire investment. Trading decisions and responsibility for their consequences rest with the user.

Accuracy of information

The service aims to keep published values consistent with the exchanges' own and monitors them with automated checks; nevertheless update delays, external API failures and discrepancies are possible. Rates, estimated liquidation prices and calculator output are indicative and are to be verified on the exchange before trading. Some values — the hourly rate, the liquidation price, the net capture, a pair trade's break-even — are not supplied by the exchanges but computed by the service under its own formulas; the assumptions applied are stated in the ⓘ note next to the corresponding value.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Continuity of operation, completeness and timeliness of data are not guaranteed: the service depends on exchange APIs and may be unavailable during maintenance or failures. The service is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the published information, nor from unavailability of the site or discrepancies with exchange values.

Requests and contact

The service is run by an independent developer; no legal entity is registered and no payments are processed. The operator's details, the governing law and payment terms will be stated in this document before a paid subscription opens. Questions about this document and reports of inaccuracies go through the service's Telegram channel; a reply is provided within 30 days. Requests to access, correct, port or delete personal data cannot be fulfilled because there is none: no accounts are created, and the statistics kept are anonymous and cannot be linked to an individual.
